چکیده
Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria are able to enhance plant growth. This study isolated spore-forming from vegetable rhizosphere soil samples. These isolates were tested for their abilities promote and be used in bio-fertilizers. Thirty-nine with different characteristics obtained. Three isolates, TYS1.1, TYS3.3, TYS3.5, showed multifunctional activities on nitrogen fixation potassium solubilization. They IAA production liquid medium supplemented tryptophan NaCl, the vegetative cells of isolate TYS3.5 showing highest production. The colonization three okra roots was checked by spread plate technique scanning electron microscope. It found that could colonize a concentration 8.19 log CFU/g presence 50 mM NaCl solution. Bio-fertilizer produced immobilizing mixture carriers. viable enumerated during storage at room temperature 60 days. results number survival form obtained when using rice husk ash vermiculite as carrier. range 8.14-8.44 CFU/g. Bacillus sp. according 16S rDNA sequencing analysis.

Soil and water salinity are the most important problems that limit crop production, especially in the arid and semi-arid regions. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of growth-promoting bacteria and selenium nanoparticle pretreatment on increasing the tolerance of the Chenopodium quinoa plant to salinity. A factorial experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with...

متن کاملMechanisms of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) and mycorrhizae fungi to enhancement of plant growth under salinity stress: A review
Salinity is the major environmental factor limiting plant growth and productivity. Under salinity conditions, plant growth is affected by a number of factors such as hormonal and nutritional imbalance, ion toxicity, physiological disorders, susceptibility to diseases, etc. Plant growth under stress conditions may be enhanced by the application of microbial inoculation including plant growth pro...
